To make reservations by phone, or guests who need a written rental agreement contract (companies, business travelers, etc.), fill out the rental agreement, sign it and send a copy to the given address. Because of the tremendous inquiry during the biathlon-world cup in Oberhof the holiday apartments are rented from 07.01-11.01.2009 only coherently. All apartment prices of the holiday flat in Ohrdruf have a surcharge of 50% during the biathlon-world-cup.

During the New Year's Eve holidays, the holiday apartments can only be booked for at least one week. The holiday apartment "Ehrenstein" is only available at this time in connection with the apartment Bonifatius and Michaelis. This also pertains to the holiday apartment Bach in connection with the apartment Tobias - if availability is possible. All apartment prices of the holiday flat in Ohrdruf are raised during these times, with a rental surcharge of 20%. Over the holiday season a coherent reservation is in affect including bridge days and weekend of at least one week with all holiday apartments.

The contract is only valid once payment is received.
