Because of the strong inquiry to the biathlon-world cup in upper court the holiday apartments are rented from 04.01.-08.01.2012 only coherently. For all apartments of the holiday home in Ohrdruf are raised for these times a rent impact of 50%.
About New Year's Eve, week about Easter and "Himmelfahrt" the holiday apartments are bookable only for at least one week. The holiday apartment "Ehrenstein" is bookable at this time only in connection with the apartment Bonifatius and Michaelis. Same counts to the holiday apartment Bach in connection with the apartment Tobias - the availability provided. For all apartments of the holiday flat in Ohrdruf are raised for these times a rent impact of 20%.
About holidays a coherent reservation is planned including bridge days and week-end of at least one week with all holiday apartments. Only with entrance of the rent price the contract is effective.
